I created this program for the busy individual who wants to get in shape but do so from the convenience of their own home.

With adherence to my program, your body will get leaner, you will lose body fat, gain fitness and performance, improve your mindset, you will develop healthier habits, and your energy will increase.    

I am not asking for a lot of time to achieve success in my program.  All I ask is for consistency and a minimum of 30 minutes per day to follow through on daily tasks.


I do not promise some quick fix.  But I can encourage that if you follow through and do the work, in 30 days you will feel better and be fitter!

This is a 100% VIRTUAL PROGRAM that can accommodate any location.

Session #3: Tuesday, July 14th

*We will kick the program off with a 30 minute ZOOM video call at 6:00 pm pacific

What you will get in this program??

  • Access to the Private Facebook page.  In here I will answer your questions, give talks about nutrition/fitness/mindset tools, hold LIVE videos with motivation, workouts, meditation, etc. This is our platform to stay connected on a daily basis.  Also a place to chat with the other members in the group.
  • 2x/week LIVE Zoom workouts.  I will train you LIVE using Zoom video calls.  These 30-45 minute workouts will be bodyweight strength circuits, interval conditioning, and stretch and flow sessions.  We will record these calls so you can use them at a later time if you can not make the LIVE workout.
  • Weekly workout plan. These workouts will be bodyweight focused and a mix of strength and interval routines and flexibility and core sessions.
  • LIFE QUESTIONNAIRE.  This is a personal development activity I created that will help you create a blueprint to achieve your goals.  We will have a LIVE video call going over this activity in detail.  This activity is a game changer in regards to your personal development and growth.
  • Nutrition accountability.  We will have weekly check-ins to stay accountable with your nutrition.  I teach a real world nutrition plan.  No extreme diet.  Supplements aren’t mandatory.  I want you mastering the basics and understanding nutrition knowledge.  The more you can understand, the better results you will get.
  • My Coaching.  Here is your chance to work with me for a fraction of my normal training rates.  I have coached thousands of people in their fitness journey over the last 20 years.  I will supply you with real world tools so you get results.  I will be there for you to motivate you and hold you accountable.  I will answer any questions you may have or help you with any struggles you may be dealing with.  I will be right there with you during this 30 day program.
