Hey there and welcome to my coaching and consulting website.

I was put on this Earth to coach, inspire and guide others to achieving their own personal fitness and life goals.

My coaching philosophy: work together with my clients, helping them build a realistic and sustainable program.  I offer constant positive feedback and direction according to each individual’s desires.  I am in the trenches with you, motivating, pushing, and supporting you.

I have been an active endurance athlete myself for over 15 years.  Running marathons, triathlons and other endurance races is something I really have enjoyed over the years.  I am constantly pushing myself physically and mentally through my endurance lifestyle.  I love competing and seeing how far I can push human endurance.  This will be a constant the rest of my life.

My biggest accomplishment(s), however, is my family.  My wife Stephanie and I have been married for 12 years.  We are very grateful to have our beautiful children: Olivia JoJo-9, Bobbi Jo-6, Riley-3, and Avielee-1.  These are our angels. I strive daily to be a positive example to my kids.  They inspire me to be my best and I am very grateful for each one of them.

I would love to connect with you to learn more about you or your business and how we can collaborate together.

My services include: personal fitness coaching (virtual and in-person), personal accountability coaching, private online performance coaching, private business consulting, speaking, social media marketing management and goal setting blueprinting.
