Shift your energy

 In Uncategorized

I am going to be switching up the vibes a bit with my blog.  You have seen a lot of fitness, nutrition, mindset and personal growth messages in my blog.  Many of those topics will continue to be highlighted, but I just feel the need to allow myself to dive deeper into life and mindset.  And I really want to express more than just fitness and wellness topics.  So since this is my blog, I can do that.

For the most part, my blogs will be short, to the point and transparent.  I hope you enjoy the new format and vibe.

Please leave comments with your opinions on a particular subject.  You do not need to agree with everything that I write about and I would love to hear your perspective.  As long as we keep the discussion progressive and non-threatening, I’m so good with that…..

Today I am talking about energy.

Energy is defined as “the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.”

We need daily energy.

We need positive energy.

We need physical energy.

We need mental energy.

We need spiritual energy.

We need emotional energy.

All of these energy forces matter.

How the heck do we stay balanced in every faucet of life?

My answer to that question is, consistent daily work to fill up each of those cups of energy.

What is needed each day to keep the energy flowing?

Self-awareness is key here.

Upon waking in the morning, do a quick run down of how you are feeling?

Ready to go?

Then go from there.

What energy cup do you need to fill up?

Do you need to fill up your spiritual cup with meditation or prayer?

How about a good workout to fill up your physical energy cup?

Solitude/breath work to charge your mental energy?

Maybe it’s a good conversation to get your positive energy going?

The key is to be in tune with the current state we are in.

Once we are self-aware with the state we are in, we can look at it objectively, then create action from there.

But without realizing where we are at the current moment, it’s difficult to act accordingly.

I recommend taking a few quiet minutes every morning, in the middle of the day and in the evening to introspect and self-evaluate.

The energy we need to live life and go fight for our goals is tremendous.

That is why it is so critical to work on this daily.

Never stop exploring who you are.

Peace, Justin
