I created this program for the busy individual who wants to get in shape but do so from the convenience of their own home.
With adherence to my program, your body will get leaner, you will lose body fat, gain fitness and performance, improve your mindset, you will develop healthier habits, and your energy will increase.
I am not asking for a lot of time to achieve success in my program. All I ask is for consistency and a minimum of 30 minutes per day to follow through on daily tasks.
YOU MUST DO THE WORK TO GET RESULTS!
I do not promise some quick fix. But I can encourage that if you follow through and do the work, in 60-90 days you will feel better and be fitter!
This is a 100% VIRTUAL PROGRAM that can accommodate any location.
Here’s how it works…
I have two monthly membership programs to choose from…
2 workouts/week monthly investment: $135
3-4 workouts/week monthly investment: $175
- There will be 4 workouts per week to choose from (see schedule below)
- Once you sign up to the program, you will get a personal email from me with all the details and schedule of the program
- Every month there will be a “start-up” video from me talking about the details of how the program works and how to get the most out of training with my programs.
**Venmo payments only! (@Justin-Levine-7), please be responsible to pay every month you stay in my program. I will send out Venmo reminders a couple days before your payment is due.
Training Camp Schedule:

Monday at 6:00 pm
Tuesday at 6:00 pm
Thursday at 12:00 pm
Saturday at 10:00 am
*You do not have to be at LIVE workouts to gain a benefit from my program. In fact, that is a big advantage of being in this program, because we record all workouts and you will have access to a library of workouts that you can do at your convenience. I do recommend committing to a few LIVE workouts per month.
Here’s what you will get in my program??
- LIVE Zoom Coaching and Training. I will train you LIVE using Zoom video calls. These 30-45 minute workouts will be bodyweight strength circuits, interval conditioning, and stretch and flow sessions. We will record these calls so you can use them at a later time when in need of a workout.
- Access to the Private Facebook page. In here I will answer your questions, give talks about nutrition/fitness/mindset tools, hold LIVE videos with motivation, give extra workouts, do some meditation, etc. This is our platform to stay connected on a daily basis. Also a place to chat with the other members in the group.
- Weekly workout plan. Every month, you will receive a weekly workout schedule. This is a feasible plan that you can achieve.
- Nutrition accountability. We will have weekly check-ins to stay accountable with your nutrition. I want you mastering the basics and understanding nutrition knowledge. The more you can understand, the better results you will get.
- My Coaching. I love what I do. Coaching is my passion. I will do everything in my power to see you achieve your goals. We must work and be consistent. I will supply you with real world tools that when implemented you will see the lifestyle benefit. I will answer any questions you may have or help you with any struggles you may be dealing with. I got you!

That is the only way you will move to your goals. However, with consistent work, you will see the positive benefits in your life.
My Virtual Training Camp will be your “online gym” where you will get effective workouts, positive coaching and encouragement, a community that supports you and lots of MOTIVATION!
